Out of Stock Items
Sometimes items may be miscounted during inventory count and found to be Out of Stock during the Fulfillment Process. Sourcing these items from our Distributor can take between 2-5 days depending on the Supplier Warehouse location.(ex. Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami) Any items found to be Out of Stock can be refunded while in Awaiting Fulfillment Status, once order status is Updated to Awaiting Shipping Status, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Shipping
We ship items within the United States and United States Territories. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, the shipping API provided by each shipping provider will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Pre-Orders
Pre-Order is any item found to not currently have at least (1)of after the last inventory count. Any pre-orders can be refunded on items excluding Graphic Cards while in Awaiting Fulfillment Status, once order status is Updated to Awaiting Shipping Status, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded. Graphic Card Pre-Orders are Non-Refundable.
